"I wouldn't have been able to put it down anywhere," Annie admits, still looking around the room with a quickly wrinkling nose at the amount of dust that's collected between the departure of the hut's last residents and now. "Okay, disclaimer? There's dust everywhere, and I'm pretty sure the walls need a little work," she adds, walking over to one in question and rapping on the wood. "Some of this wood is bad, it's going to need to be replaced. But after that, and a little cleaning, this place is going to be totally livable. It's got everything - kitchen, bathroom, two rooms - although one's slightly bigger than the other, I think there was a married couple living here before. Whatever, anyway, it's perfect," she declares, beaming brightly.
